Application

All students must complete all sections of the application. The deadline for all applications is 3 May 2013. Applications should include the following information:

2.  100-150 word Abstract

3.  Advisor’s Name

4.  Accommodations preference to include arrival and departure dates

Fees

Registration includes all meals, accommodations in student dormitories from Sunday, 4 August – Saturday, 10 August and all meeting publications. Upon acceptance of their application students will be asked to provide payment.

Students from Outside of China         Chinese Students

$450 USD     Single Room                      2000 RMB    Double Room

                                                               1000 RMB    No accommodations or meals included

Those requiring additional night’s accommodations may request this on the application form.

Student Travel Grants

A limited number of travel grants will be supported by CIOMP for the use of students attending the summer session from outside of China. Students must submit an application for acceptance and indicate in a separate letter their need for travel funds. Funds will be limited to cover only airfare from the student’s home city to Changchun and back not to exceed $2,000 USD. Students will still be required to pay the $450 USD registration fee which includes accommodations, meals and registration materials.

Application Review Process

All applications will be reviewed by the Advisory Committee by 15 May 2013. Students will be notified of acceptance by 31 May 2013. Applications for the 2013 Summer Session should be sent as follows:
